Thank you for joining us in The Living Light Art. The following General Terms and Conditions govern the offer and sale (together with the documents referred to below, including the Privacy Policy and General Terms and Conditions of Use) of services and products on our website ("thelivinglightart.com"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products and services: indeed, by ordering any of our products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The products and services purchased on thelivinglightart.com are directly sold by The Living Light Art Company.

Section 1 - General Conditions
The Living Light Art Company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
The Living Light Art Company has the absolute right to interpret these terms and conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of The Living Light Art shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. The personal data provided by applicants will be used for newsletter and promotion of The Living Light Art. In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants have the right to request access to and to correct personal data. To access your personal data, please contact us.
Section 2 - Studio Rules And Class Regulations
2.1 Booking
2.1.1 All classes need to be booked ONE WEEK in advance.
2.1.2 No refund will be made once the Order has been confirmed.
2.1.3 No refund will be made once the membership has been purchased.
2.1.4 The successful applicants will be notified of their application result via email. Please check your email accordingly.
2.2 Class Attendance, Participation and Professional Attitude
2.2.1 Please be punctual (Students should arrive 10 minutes before the class starts, on time for both painting and ceramics classes). We reserve the right to cancel the class without refund if the students are more than 30 minutes late.
2.2.2 Please follow the class schedule and guidance on the use of any equipment and tools.
2.2.3 Please follow the safety rules and keep the workspace tidy.
2.3 Classes Artworks
2.3.1 For ceramics classes, all works should be completed within 2 months from the start date of production, and the work should be retrieved within 2 months after the completion of glaze firing.
2.3.2 For painting classes, we will keep the students' works for two months starting from the date of his/her last lesson. We are entitled to freely arrange or dispose of the unpicked works after the period.
2.4 Cancellation
If you are unable to attend the lesson for any reason, please inform us at least 24 hours before the workshop during office hours (10am - 7pm). No-show or cancellation made on lesson day will have no refunds, rearrangement and reschedule of workshops.
2.5 Rearrangement
You can reschedule your booking ONCE only. If you are unable to attend the make-up workshop for any reason, there will be no refunds, rearrangement and rescheduling of workshops.
2.6 Inclement Weather Policy
When Typhoon Signal No.8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is in force by the Hong Kong Observatory, the below studio opening/closing policy will be enforced:
2.6.1 Studio will remain closed if Typhoon Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted before studio opening hours and will re-open within two hours of the signal being lowered.
2.6.2 Studio will be closed immediately upon hoisting of Typhoon Signal No.8 (or above) during studio opening hours.
2.6.3 Studio will remain open if Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted during studio opening hours.

2.6.4 The Living Light Art may decide whether to continue the classes/workshops according to the actual situation.
2.6.5 The above arrangement is for reference only. In all cases, participants / parents / legal guardians should consider the weather, road and transport situation to decide whether to attend the classes/workshops. No make-up class/workshop or refund will be arranged to the absentee for these cases. No make-up workshop or refund will be arranged for workshops canceled due to bad weather.
Section 3 - Legal Payment Terms
3.1 All students will be required to make payment via online prior to their lessons starting (Contact us for other payment methods.).
3.2 All the classes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. It is valid for a single transaction only.
3.3 Applications are processed on a first-come-first-served basis upon full payment.
Section 4 - Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
